DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nA free conference aimed at providing education and a
 dvancing the quality of patient care within the epilepsy community\n\nJoin
  the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago for the "11th Annual Consumer 
 Conference: Navigating the Telehealth World\," presented by Northwestern M
 edicine\, on Nov. 20 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.\n\nThe conference is at the Rad
 isson Blu Aqua Hotel\, 221 N. Columbus Drive\, in Chicago.\n\nThe event fo
 cuses on increasing education and advancing the quality of patient care wi
 thin the epilepsy community.\n\nConference speakers from multiple epilepsy
  centers and hospitals in Chicago will cover a wide variety of topics\, in
 cluding:\n\n 	Understanding your diagnosis\n 	Different seizure types\n 	T
 reatment options\n 	New rescue medications\n 	Memory and cognitive issues\
 n 	Comorbidities in epilepsy\n\nStaff from UIC's Division of Specialized C
 are for Children will also be available to explain how we support children
  and youth with epilepsy and other special healthcare needs.\n\nBreakfast\
 , lunch and snacks will be available throughout the day. Valet parking for
