DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nDSCC leadership will provide the keynote address on 
 caring for children with special healthcare needs\n\nThe Illinois Chapter 
 of the American Academy of Pediatrics (ICAAP) is hosting the 2021 Autism B
 ehavior and Complex Needs (ABC) Conference virtually on March 26 from 8 a.
 m. to 1 p.m.\n\nThe ABC Conference focuses on the broad landscape of servi
 ces and programs that are available to support children with special needs
  from birth through childhood and how to develop skills to make effective 
 referrals and partner with other agencies and systems.\n\nThe theme of thi
 s year’s conference is "Caring for Children with Special Healthcare Need
 s in the COVID Landscape."\n\nThe conference will open with a keynote addr
 ess from Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) Executive Direct
