DESCRIPTION:Young children in Illinois with spina bifida and/or mobility de
 ficits are eligible to receive a free\, custom\, electric ride-on car.\n\n
 The Illinois Spina Bifida Association (ISBA)\, New Trier High School and N
 ew Trier Educational Foundation are hosting a GoBabyGo workshop on Feb. 29
 .\n\nGoBabyGo is a program of the University of Delaware committed to all
  people exploring their world via independent mobility.\n\nEligible childr
 en will receive custom electric ride-on cars that empower greater mobility
  and independence.\n\nThe GoBabyGo program is open to children living anyw
 here in Illinois ages 1 to 3 who have:\n\n 	Significant mobility deficits\
 n 	Head and trunk control\n 	Cognitive age of 12 months or greater\n 	No s
 evere visual disorder\n 	Enthusiastic parent(s) with ability to supervise 
 a child in a car\n\nThe program will fit cars and deliver them to particip
 ants at the GoBabyGo workshop at New Trier High School in Winnetka.\n\nVis
 it ISBA's website to learn more about the GoBabyGo program.\n\nFamilies in
 terested in receiving a car must complete the registration form.\n\nThe pr
 oject team will review all forms. The team will contact families if there 
 are any questions.
