 n Program (IEP) or 504 Plan.\n\nFind support and guidance at this "one-sto
 p-shop" for your child’s educational and developmental journey!\n\nStude
 nts\, families and teachers can make connections and explore a wide variet
 y of resources on topics that include:\n\n 	Planning\n 	Assistive technolo
 gy\n 	Education options after high school\n 	Health care\n 	Recreation\n 	
 Employment\n 	Community living and other residential options\n\nRepresenta
 tives from the Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) will be on
