DESCRIPTION:An overnight training and retreat for mothers and caregivers of
  children with disabilities focusing on learning\, laughing\, networking a
 nd self-care\n\nJoin STAR NET Region I and III and Easterseals Serving Chi
 cagoland and Greater Rockford Family Support Services for the "Mom’s Ret
 reat - For Moms of Children with Disabilities" from May 2-4 in Galena.\n\n
 Check-in is at 3 p.m. on Friday\, May 2. Check-out is by 12 p.m. on Sunday
 \, May 4.\n\nMoms of children with disabilities will:\n\n 	Network and sha
 re information\n 	Learn new strategies to use at school and at home\n 	Foc
 us on self-care with presenter Kendra Cornett\, LCSW\n 	Have fun crafting\
 , journaling and taking leisurely walks\n\nThe retreat includes two dinner
 s\, two breakfasts and two nights lodging. It will also share educational 
 information.\n\nYou must be a parent or caregiver of a child with a disabi
 lity to attend\,\n\nThe cost is $100 per person.\n\nRegister online for th
 e 2025 "Mom’s Retreat - For Moms of Children with Disabilities." You mus
 t register and pay the $100 fee by April 15.\n\nFamilies with children fro
