DESCRIPTION:Free workshop on the basic principles of sensory processing and
  how to use these sensory experiences to help foster regulation\, learning
  and relationships.\n\nJoin STAR NET Region IV for "A Very Sensory Day: An
  Exploration of Naturally Occurring and Planned Sensory Experiences" on Ap
 ril 25 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Check-in will begin at 8:30 a.m.\n\nOccupati
 onal therapist and child development specialist Jennifer Rosnia will cover
  the basic principles of sensory processing and provide opportunities for 
 participants to apply what they are learning.\n\nJulia will help participa
 nts understand how to use sensory experiences throughout the day to foster
  regulation\, play and active participation in learning and building relat
 ionships.\n\nActivities will include:\n\n 	Learning through team case stud
 y work\n 	Exploring different sensory experiences\n 	Utilizing naturally o
