DESCRIPTION:Join the first annual Autism\, Behavioral\, and Complex Medical
  Needs Conference (ABC) in Southern IL.\nABC Conference participants will 
 learn about the services and programs available to support children with s
 pecial needs from birth through childhood. You can also gain strategies fo
 r making referrals and partnering with other agencies.\nThis year's confer
 ence focuses on trauma. According to the conference brochure\, "Not only a
 re children and youth with developmental disabilities more likely to be ex
 posed to trauma\, but exposure to trauma makes developmental delays more l
 ikely."\nThis conference targets primary care providers and their teams\,
  including pediatricians\, family physicians\, nurse practitioners\, physi
 cian assistants\, residents\, fellows\, medical students\, and allied heal
 th care professionals\, as well as professionals from other settings inclu
