SUMMARY:Adaptive Cycling Program in the Chicagoland Area
DESCRIPTION:A free morning of adaptive cycling for all abilities\n\nAdaptiv
 e Adventures is hosting an adaptive cycling event on May 19 from 10 a.m. t
 o 12 p.m. The event is at Busse Woods\, Higgins Road\, in Elk Grove Villag
 e.\n\nLearn about adaptive cycling\, enjoy community with others and get o
 utside and enjoy being active.\n\nAdaptive Adventures will bring a trailer
  full of adaptive bikes and fit you with the bike that best suits your nee
 ds. Participants will then go on an 8-mile group bike ride around Busse Wo
 ods. Trained volunteers will help along the way.\n\nParticipants must be a
 ble to follow directions and effectively communicate with or without assis
 tance provided by themselves to be eligible for Adaptive Adventures progra
 ms.\n\nSign up online to participate. The event is limited to eight partic
 ipants.\n\nIf you register and are no longer able to attend\, please email
  Jourdan Thunberg at jourdan.thunberg@adaptiveadventures.org so she can fi
 ll your spot.\n\nIf you need help transferring\, please bring a friend or 
 family member with you who can assist you.
