DESCRIPTION:A summer camp focusing on budgeting\, cooking and other skills 
 needed in adulthood for individuals ages 16 to 22 who identify as neurodiv
 erse or autistic\n\nJoin The Autism Program (TAP) at the University of Ill
 inois Urbana-Champaign for "Adulting" Summer Camp on July 17 to 21 from 1 
 to 4 p.m.\n\nAdulting summer camp will focus on learning how to live indep
 endently. Participants will practice and learn critical living skills so w
 hen they are ready to move out\, they can do so with confidence in their a
 bilities.\n\nParticipants will design a weekly budget\, plan for and cook 
 a healthy meal\, and learn how to navigate the medical system.\n\nThey wil
 l also learn about:\n\n 	Home maintenance\n 	Important relationships\n 	Mo
 ney management\n 	Safety\, health and well-being\n 	Life in the community 
 and recreation\n 	Choice &amp\; decision-making.\n\nThe camp is open to in
 dividuals ages 16 to 22 who identify as neurodiverse or autistic.\n\nSee t
