 m Society of Southern Illinois and  Southern Illinois University Vice Cha
 ncellor for Anti-Racism\, Diversity\, Equity and Inclusion are hosting the
  Autism Conference 2024 "Promoting Inclusion in an Increasingly Diverse Wo
 rld" on April 24 from 8 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.\n\nJoin experts\, educators\, ca
 regivers\, and community members in sharing information\, experiences and 
 strategies for fostering inclusion for individuals of all ages with autism
 .\n\nKeynote speaker Cari Ebert\, MS\, CCC-SLP\, will kick off the event w
 ith "Autism Strategies and Neurodiversity Affirming Practices." Ebert is a
  pediatric speech-language pathologist\, consultant\, and nationally recog
 nized speaker who will share her insights on:\n\n 	Inclusive education\n 	
 Neurodiversity\n 	Empowering individuals with autism to reach their full p
 otential\n\nParticipants can also connect through:\n\n 	Interactive worksh
 ops and breakout sessions\n 	Networking opportunities with peers and exper
