DESCRIPTION:A playgroup for toddlers who are deaf or hard of hearing featur
 ing American Sign Language activities\, games and creative crafts\n\nCome 
 learn and play with the Chicago Park District Deaf and Hard of Hearing Pro
 grams' "Babies &amp\; Tots Playgroup." The playgroup will meet through Mar
 ch 19 on Tuesday mornings from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n\nSessions will be on:\
 n\n 	Feb. 20 and 27\n 	March 5\, 12 and 19\n\nThe playgroup is open to par
 ents with children with hearing loss between the ages of  9 months to 3 y
 ears old.\n\nParticipants will have fun while building friendships and imp
 ortant communication skills.\n\nActivities will include:\n\n 	Using and le
 arning American Sign Language (ASL)\n 	ASL story time and games\n 	Creativ
