DESCRIPTION:Teaching new skills and decreasing problem behavior.\n\nUIC's D
 epartment of Disability and Human Development is holding a Behavior Strate
 gies for Parents of Individuals with Developmental Disability class in Chi
 cago. This group is for parents or caregivers in search of positive strat
 egies to address challenging behaviors. The class will cover strategies an
 d techniques for teaching and maintaining new skills at any age. Parents/c
 aregivers will work on understanding problem behavior and learn ways to ad
 dress the behavior.\n\nThe session for parents of adolescents ages 13 and 
 older through adulthood is on Tuesdays from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 10-31.\
 n\nChildcare will not be available during classes.\n\nWhen:\nTuesdays\,
