DESCRIPTION:A free\, all-abilities boxing workshop for children and youth\n
 \nWest Suburban Special Recreation Association (WSSRA) is hosting a Boxabi
 lity International Inc. workshop on Sept. 21 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.\n\nBoxabi
 lity International Inc. is a therapeutic boxing program. It's designed to 
 build strong bodies\, minds and self-confidence. Youth of all abilities\, 
 ages 8 and older\, are welcome to attend.\n\nParticipants will learn boxin
 g techniques from Boxability's founders\, Brian Roman and coach Dino Spenc
 er. No boxing experience is required!\n\nThe techniques can be:\n\n 	Modif
 ied for all ages and ability levels\n 	Done sitting or standing\n\nThe wor
 kshop is free. You must sign up in advance. All participants must be accom
 panied by an adult.\n\nRegister for the Boxability International Inc. work
 shop.
