SUMMARY:Camp Callahan - West Central Illinois
DESCRIPTION:An exciting\, safe summer camp experience for individuals with 
 disabilities ages 6 to 65\n\nCamp Callahan hosts three\, week-long camp se
 ssions in July. Session 1\, for children ages 6 to 12\, is from July 10 to
  15.\n\nCamp Callahan provides children and adults with a wide range of ph
 ysical and mental disabilities an environment where they can explore\, lea
 rn and have fun. The camp offers a stimulating and specialized environment
 \, equipment\, accessible buildings\, trained adult staff and will work to
  accommodate special dietary needs such as sugar-free and gluten intoleran
 ce.\n\nEligible campers residing in west-central Illinois and eastern Miss
 ouri can attend Camp Callahan for a $20 registration fee. Campers from oth
 er areas may be charged $500 for a one-week session. Prospective campers f
 rom outside the area should contact the Camp Callahan\, Inc. office for ad
 ditional information and assistance.\n\nVisit the Camp Callahan website fo
 r the camp application and physical form.\n\nThe application\, current med
 ical examination form and a $20 non-refundable application fee are require
 d by June 10. Applications after this deadline will be accommodated on a 
 first-come\, first-served basis as room allows.\n\nFor more information\,
