SUMMARY:Camp Callahan - West Central Illinois
DESCRIPTION:An exciting\, safe summer camp experience for individuals with 
 disabilities ages 6 to 65\n\nCamp Callahan hosts three\, week-long camp se
 ssions in July. Session 2\, for youth ages 13 to 20\, is from July 17 to 2
 2.\n\nCamp Callahan provides children and adults with a wide range of phys
 ical and mental disabilities an environment where they can explore\, learn
  and have fun.\n\nThe camp offers a stimulating and specialized environmen
 t\, equipment\, accessible buildings\, trained adult staff and will work t
 o accommodate special dietary needs\, such as sugar-free and gluten intole
 rance.\n\nEligible campers residing in west-central Illinois and eastern M
 issouri can attend Camp Callahan for a $20 registration fee. Campers from 
 other areas may be charged $500 for a one-week session.\n\nProspective cam
 pers from outside the area should contact the Camp Callahan\, Inc. office 
 for additional information and assistance.\n\nVisit the Camp Callahan webs
 ite for the camp application and physical form.\n\nThe application\, curre
 nt medical examination form and a $20 non-refundable application fee are r
 equired by June 10. Applications after this deadline will be accommodated
  on a first-come\, first-served basis as room allows.\n\nFor more informat
