DESCRIPTION:Learn about life at college and experience Washington\, D.C. at
  this summer camp for students entering grades 10 through 12 who are deaf 
 or hard of hearing\n\nNot sure what life will look like after high school?
 \n\nJoin Gallaudet University's "Discover College and Careers" Camp from J
 une 22-29.\n\nStudents can have fun while gaining insight into more than 6
 0 areas of study that Gallaudet offers.\n\nStudents will learn about life 
 on campus and their desired career path through hands-on activities\, incl
 uding:\n\n 	Identifying their interests and skills through career assessme
 nts\n 	Exploring potential careers in Gallaudet’s schools\n 	Developing 
 transition plans\n 	Attending workshops and activities\n 	Experiencing Was
 hington\, D.C.\n\nThe program is for high school students entering grades 
 10 through 12 who are deaf or hard of hearing.\n\nThe cost is $750. Financ
 ial assistance is available. \n\nApply online for the 2025 "Discover Coll
 ege and Careers" program.\n\nYou must submit registration forms and paymen
 t by May 1. Camp acceptance is on a rolling basis. Spots fill up quickly.
