SUMMARY:Camp Little Giant - Camp Olympia I
DESCRIPTION:Camp for adults 21 and older with high-care needs\, low mobi
 lity or using a wheelchair on June 9-14.\n\nCamp Little Giant offers part
 icipants an eye-opening view of their own capabilities and the belief that
  they can increase their confidence and independence. It provides the opp
 ortunity for people with mental\, physical\, or cognitive disabilities to 
 get in touch with nature in a safe yet exciting manner.\n\nThe camp is loc
 ated on the shores of Little Grassy Lake near the Shawnee National Forest 
 with access to an outdoor playground full of adventure.\n\nCamp Little Gia
 nt's philosophy is to allow campers to develop a "can do" attitude. Thei
 r focus is for the camper to be an independent as possible while still fol
 lowing routines and providing necessary assistance.\n\nActivities include:
 \n\n 	Fishing\n 	Arts and crafts\n 	Horseback riding\n 	Boating\n 	Sports 
 and games\n 	Theater\n 	Swimming\n 	Dancing\n 	Hayrides\n 	Campfires\n\nCa
