DESCRIPTION:Theater arts camp for students going into first through third g
 rade\n\nThe Chicago Children's Theatre's (CCT) Camp Red Kite will host "Pe
 rforming in the Park: Campfire Chronicles" from July 18 to July 29 from 9 
 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Drop-off is from 8:30 to 8:55 a.m.\n\nThe camp will be h
 eld at Whitney Young Magnet High School\, 211 S. Laflin St.\, in Chicago.\
 n\nLife is better by the campfire surrounded by friends\, theatre and spoo
 ky stories.\n\nCampers will spend two fun-filled weeks exploring classic c
 ampfire stories and folk tales and collaborating with theatre teaching art
 ists to recreate their own campfire chronicles for the outdoor stage.\n\nD
 aily activities include:\n\n 	Play-based dramatic storytelling\n 	Music\n 
 	Crafts\n 	Outdoor play\n 	Free choice time to nurture social and emotiona
 l learning\, friendship and imagination\n\nAt the end of the week\, studen
 ts will perform a final show for their families theatre-in-the-park style 
 at Skinner Park\, 1331 W. Adams St.\n\nThe full camp rate is $980. Learn m

  Camp Red Kite.   Registrants need to sign up for free aftercare at CCT
  (100 S. Racine) or agree to pick their child up immediately after camp at
