SUMMARY:Camp Red Kite "Performing in the Park: Tales with Tails"
DESCRIPTION:Theater arts camp for students going into first and second grad
 e\n\nThe Chicago Children's Theatre's (CCT) Camp Red Kite will host "Perfo
 rming in the Park: Tales with Tails" from June 20 to July 1 from 9 a.m. to
  3:30 p.m. Drop-off is from 8:30 to 8:55 a.m.\n\nThe camp will be held at 
 the Whitney Young Magnet High School\, 211 S. Laflin St.\, in Chicago.\n\n
 Campers will collaborate with professional theatre artists to explore clas
 sic animal folktales from all over the world and create stories for the st
 age full of music\, improv storytelling and movement.\n\nDaily camp activi
 ties include play-based dramatic storytelling\, music\, crafts\, outdoor p
 lay and free-choice time to nurture social and emotional learning\, friend
 ship and imagination.\n\nAt the end of the week\, students will perform a 
 final show for families theatre-in-the-park style at Skinner Park\, 1331 W
 . Adams St.\n\nPrior to camp\, registrants will have the option to sign up
  for free aftercare at CCT (100 S Racine) or agree to pick their child up 
 immediately after camp at Whitney Young at 3:30 pm.\n\nFull camp rate is $
