DESCRIPTION:A weekly practice session for Adaptive Adventures' Team Blue dr
 agon boat team\n\nHave you ever wanted to race down the Chicago River in a
  dragon boat? Now's your chance.\n\nJoin Adaptive Adventures for this drag
 on boat training event on May 20 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. This is the weekly pr
 actice session for the Adaptive Adventures' Team Blue dragon boat team.\n\
 nPractice is held at Frances Mennone Boat House\, 1020 W. Weed St.\, in Ch
 icago.\n\nParticipants are expected to arrive promptly at 5:30 p.m. so tha
 t everyone is ready and on the water at 6 p.m.\n\nEach week\, Team Blue me
 ets to practice and prepare for the China Town Dragon Boat Festival and th
 e Chicago International Dragon Boat Festival where dragon boat teams from 
 across the country will compete.\n\nParticipants must be 18 years or older
 \,  able to self-transfer up or down by 12-plus inches and be comfortable
  in close confines with other athletes in narrow seating. Swimming skills 
 are recommended.\n\nTraining will be progressive and include:\n\n 	Paddlin
 g techniques\, being efficient and effective with your new unit\n 	Moving 
 the dragon boat with speed and stealth\n 	Improving fitness\n\nRegister fo
 r dragon boat training online. Registration is required to attend.\n\nPar
 ticipants are asked to attend as many practices as possible.\n\nIf you reg
