 o age 18 in Mt. Vernon\n\nThe Illinois Elks Children's Care Program is spo
 nsoring a free children's orthopedic clinic on March 7 from 2 to 4 p.m.\n\
 nThe clinic is with Dr. Alan Froehling at the Neuromuscular  Orthopedic I
 nstitute.  The exam is free\, but you must have an appointment.\n\nConsid
 er making an appointment if your child has:\n\n 	In- and out-toeing\n 	Com
 plaints of back\, knee\, leg and/or ankle pain\n 	A back curvature\n\nThe 
 clinic is for pediatric and teenage children to assess pediatric bone and 
 joint development. There is no charge for any diagnostic services at this 
 clinic. No medical referral is necessary.\n\nTo make an appointment\, call
