 nJoin the Chicago Park District Deaf and Hard of Hearing Programs for the 
 "Winter Youth Extravaganza" on Dec. 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.\n\nThe event
  is at Horner Park\, 2741 W. Montrose Ave.\, in Chicago.\n\nChildren ages 
 6 to 14 are invited to come and have fun at this winter-themed event. Acti
 vities will include:\n\n 	Arts and crafts\n 	Games and other sports\n 	Ice
  skating from 3:30 to 5 p.m.\n\nBe sure to bring warm clothing for outside
