DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nA free\, Halloween event for children who are deaf o
 r hard of hearing and their siblings\n\nDEAF\, Inc. is hosting its annual 
 Trunk-or-Treat event on Oct. 21 from 6 to 8 p.m.\n\nDEAF\, Inc.'s building
  at 25 E. Frisco Ave. in St. Louis will turn into a pumpkin patch!\n\nTric
 k-or-treaters will navigate through pumpkins to collect candy. There will 
 be games\, a variety of activities and an opportunity to win prizes. Dress
  in your best costume.\n\nSee the flyer for more details.\n\nThe event is 
 free\, but participants must register by Oct. 20. Please register each chi
 ld.\n\nSign up online for the trunk-or-treat.
