DESCRIPTION:Free community assistance and resource education fair.\n\nCome 
 learn about what resources Decatur has to offer at the Decatur Care Fair 
 on Sept. 13 at the Salvation Army Community Center. The fair provides an
  opportunity to meet with representatives of area social service agencies 
 without an appointment. Staff from our Champaign Regional Office will be t
 here to speak with families about how UIC's Division of Specialized Care f
 or Children (DSCC) can partner with them to put their child at the center 
 of a seamless support system that improves the quality of their lives.\n\n
 The event is free and open to the public. Door prizes and giveaways will b
