DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nA virtual forum for all families of children with sp
 ecial healthcare needs to share their feedback and experiences\n\nFamily i
 nput is important to us here at the University of Illinois Chicago's Divis
 ion of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC).\n\nOur Family Advisory Counci
 l (FAC) provides an opportunity for families to share their feedback and h
 elp us promote the delivery of participant- and family-centered services. 
 The council connects families to resources and provides guidance to streng
 then DSCC's teamwork\, improve communication and empower families to have 
 a voice in their child's care.\n\nOur next FAC meeting is an open forum fo
 r all Illinois families of children with special healthcare needs. You do 
 not have to be a DSCC participant to attend.\n\nThe open forum will take p
 lace via Zoom at on Aug. 25 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Sign up online to regi
