 rams?\n\nCommunity Coordinated Child Care (4-C) is hosting this early chil
 dhood fair at First Church Crystal Lake on Aug. 31 from 12 - 4 p.m.\n\nThe
  Early Childhood Fair is providing developmental screening for kids birth 
 - 3 and an opportunity for families to learn about a wide variety of servi
 ces and early childhood programs.\n\nMany organizations and professionals 
 will be on hand to answer your questions and provide assistance.\n\nScreen
 ing is a brief\, simple procedure used to identify infants and young child
 ren who may be at risk for potential health\, developmental or social-emot
 ional problems. It helps identify children who need more evaluation and ad
 dress concerns early before they become bigger problems.\n\nSee the event
