 The Northwest District Elks Lodge and the Illinois Elks Children's Care Pr
 ogram are sponsoring a free children's orthopedic clinic on June 22 from 2
  to 4 p.m.\n\nThe clinic will take place at the OrthoIllinois office of Dr
 . Scott Ferry located at 324 Roxbury Road in Rockford.\n\nThe clinic is fo
 r children and youth up to age 18. It will assess and address joint and bo
 ne development concerns\, including:\n\n 	Scoliosis or a curved back\n 	Co
 mplaints of joint pain in the feet\, knees\, legs or ankles\n 	Various ten
 don\, joint\, muscle and bone-related hindrances\n\nThere is no cost for t
 he clinic\, but you must have an appointment.\n\nThe Elks Organization has
  been working with children with physical challenges since 1928.\n\nThe El
 ks provide 17 clinic locations throughout Illinois. They offer financial a
 ssistance to the best of their ability for children needing further treatm
 ent or specialty equipment when the family lacks sufficient resources.\n\n
