DESCRIPTION:A free orthopedic clinic for children and youth\n\nThe Illinois
  Elks Children's Care Program is sponsoring a free children's orthopedic c
 linic on May 4  from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n\nThe clinic with Dr. Dr. Julko 
 Fullup will be at Clay County Flora Medical Center\, 929 Burk Drive\, in F
 lora.  The exam is free but you must have an appointment.\n\nThe clinic i
 s for children and youth up to age 18.  It is an ideal time to have a chi
 ld checked for any bone and joint development concerns\, including:\n\n 	A
 n uncorrectable deformity\n 	Complaints of back\, knee\, leg or ankle pain
 \n 	A back curvature\n\nThere are no charges for any services performed at
  the clinic.\n\nNo medical referral is necessary for the clinic. Physician
 s are welcome to refer patients to the clinic for a specific reason or sec
 ond opinion.\n\nThe Elks Organization has worked with children with physic
 al challenges since 1928.\n\nThe Elks provide 17 clinic locations througho
 ut Illinois and offer financial assistance to the best of their ability fo
 r children needing further treatment or specialty equipment when the famil
 y lacks sufficient resources.\n\nTo make an appointment\, call the Elks Ch
 ildren's Care Program at (800) 272-0074 on weekdays from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
