DESCRIPTION:A free orthopedic clinic for children and youth\n\nThe Illinois
  Elks Children's Care Program is sponsoring a free children's orthopedic c
 linic on Aug. 10 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n\nThe clinic with Dr. Julko Full
 up will be at Clay County Flora Medical Center\, 929 Stacey Burk Drive\, i
 n Flora.  The exam is free but you must have an appointment.\n\nThe clini
 c is for children and youth up to age 18.  It is an ideal time to have a 
 child checked for any bone and joint development concerns\, including:\n\n
  	Back\, knees\, legs or ankles joint pain\n 	In- and out-toeing\n 	A back
  curvature\n\nThere are no charges for any services performed at the clini
 c. No medical referral is necessary. Physicians are welcome to refer patie
 nts to the clinic for a specific reason or second opinion.\n\nTo make an a
 ppointment\, call the Elks Children's Care Program at (800) 272-0074 on we
 ekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.\n\nThe Elks Organization has worked with chil
 dren with physical challenges since 1928 and provides 17 clinic locations 
 throughout Illinois. The Elks also offer financial assistance to the best 
 of their ability for children needing further treatment or specialty equip
 ment when the family lacks sufficient resources.
