DESCRIPTION:A free orthopedic assessment clinic for children and youth with
  bone and joint development concerns\n\nThe Illinois Elks Children's Care 
 Corporation is hosting a free orthopedic clinic on June 10 from 11 a.m. to
  1 p.m.\n\nThe clinic with Dr. Julko Fullop is for children and youth up t
 o age 18.  It's an ideal time to have a child checked for any bone and jo
 int development concerns\, including:\n\n 	An uncorrectable deformity\n 	C
 omplaints of back\, knee\, leg or ankle pain\n 	A back curvature\n\nYou do
  not need a medical referral.\n\nThere are no charges for any clinic servi
 ces. You must make an appointment to attend the clinic.\n\nTo make an appo
 intment\, call the Elks Children's Care Program at (800) 272-0074. They ar
 e available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.\n\nThe Elks provid
 e clinic locations throughout Illinois. They also help families with finan
 cial assistance for children needing further treatment or specialty equipm
 ent.
