DESCRIPTION:A free orthopedic assessment clinic for children and youth with
  bone and joint development concerns\n\nThe Illinois Elks Children's Care 
 Corporation's free orthopedic clinic will be on Sept. 2 from 1 to 2 p.m.\n
 \nThe clinic is at Cortese Foot &amp\; Ankle Clinic\, 1607 Visa Dr.\, Suit
 e 5b\, in Normal.\n\nDr. Steven Yescheck will assess pediatric bone and jo
 int development. The clinic is for children and youth up to age 18. No med
 ical referral is necessary.\n\nConsider making an appointment if your chil
 d has:\n\n 	Feet pointing out or in\n 	Complains of back\, knee\, leg and/
 or ankle pain\n 	A back curvature\n\nPhysicians are welcome to refer patie
 nts to the clinic for a specific reason or second opinion.\n\nThere are no
  charges for any services performed at the clinic\, but an appointment is 
 required to be seen. To make an appointment\, call the Elks Children's Ca
 re Program at (800) 272-0074 on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.\n\nThe Elks
  provide 17 clinic locations throughout Illinois and offer financial assis
 tance to the best of their ability for children needing further treatment 
 or specialty equipment when the family lacks sufficient resources.
