DESCRIPTION:A free orthopedic assessment clinic for children and youth with
  bone and joint development concerns\n\nThe Illinois Elks Children's Care 
 Corporation's free orthopedic clinic will be held on June 15 from 9 to 11 
 a.m.\n\nThe clinic will be held at Crawford Memorial Hospital (CMH)\, 1000
  N. Allen St.\, Robinson.\n\nDr. Goldhagen and Dr. DeVault will see childr
 en and youth up to age 18. The clinic is an ideal time to have your child 
 checked for any bone and joint development concerns\, including:\n\n 	An u
 ncorrectable deformity\n 	Complaints of back\, knee\, leg or ankle pain\n 
 	A back curvature\n\nThere are no charges for any services performed at th
 e clinic\, but an appointment is required.\n\nNo medical referral is neces
 sary for the clinic. Physicians are welcome to refer patients to the clini
 c for a specific reason or second opinion.\n\nTo make an appointment\, ple
 ase call the Elks Children's Care Program at (800) 272-0074 on weekdays be
 tween 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
