DESCRIPTION:Learn steps for engaging all learners and creating inclusive en
 vironments for young children at this free interactive workshop for educat
 ors\, social workers and family members\n\nStar Net Region II\, Jefferson 
 Early Childhood Center/CUSD 200 and DuPage County-Wide Institute Day have 
 teamed up to host "Embracing Every Learner: Building Inclusive Early Child
 hood Environments" on Feb. 28 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.\n\nAnnie Boldt and Bri
 anna Sayre Geiser will lead this interactive experience designed to empowe
 r early childhood educators and families.\n\nIn addition to gaining practi
 cal\, easy-to-implement ideas for fostering inclusivity in early childhood
  settings\, participants will explore:\n\n 	Inclusive practices that celeb
 rate diversity and promote a sense of belonging for all children\, includi
 ng those with special needs\n 	Innovative techniques to engage every child
  in meaningful learning experiences\n 	Adapting activities and materials t
 o meet diverse learning styles and needs\n 	Establishing routines that pro
 mote independence and self-confidence\n\nThe workshop is open to family me
 mbers\, administrators\, early childhood educators and others working with
