 d their families.\n\nThe Springfield School District and Springfield Paren
 ts for Students With Disabilities (SPSD) present the 13th Annual Empower A
 ll Abilities Conference on Feb. 20.\n\nThis year's conference will be held
  virtually from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.\n\nIn addition to sessions for parent
 s\, this year's conference includes a student strand.\n\nBreakout session 
 topics include:\n\n 	Depression/anxiety\n 	Self-care strategies\n 	Social-
 emotional needs\n 	Individualized education programs (IEPs)/504 plans\n 	B

 This conference is a free event open to everyone\, regardless of their sch
 ool district.\n\nExhibitors will be on-hand during the conference. Organiz
