DESCRIPTION:Free one-week camp for children and teens entering grades fourt
 h through tent in the 2022-23 school year who have experienced the death o
 f a parent\, sibling or primary caregiver\n\nExperience Camps in Michigan 
 will provide a week-long camp where kids can explore their grief and also 
 have fun from Aug. 23 to 28.\n\nThe camp is at Lake of the Woods and Green
 woods Camps\, 84600 47 1/2 St.\, Decatur\, Mich.\n\nExperience Camps provi
 de a safe environment where kids can explore their grief\, break the isola
 tion they may feel with their non-camp peers and have a whole lot of fun.\
 n\nThe camp combines the best elements of summer camp with a clinically-in
 formed peer support model that:\n\n 	Normalizes grief\n 	Allows kids to co
 nnect with other kids who “get it\,” creating a sense of community\n 	
 Learn coping and communication skills that are developmentally appropriate
 \n\nCampers will have fun and be kids after a loss has altered that critic
