DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nMonthly statewide virtual meeting for parents\, care
 givers and community support members\n\nThe Illinois State Board of Educat
 ion (ISBE)\, the Learning Technology Center and other Illinois educational
  advocacy groups are hosting these free\, monthly meetings for parents/car
 egivers and community support members across the state during the 2021-22 
 school year.\n\nThe new Family and Community Empowerment (FACE) virtual me
 eting series will focus on capacity building\, networking\, sharing best p
 ractices and empowering attendees with the tools and skills needed to make
  an even greater impact in their communities.\n\nMeetings in this series w
 ill be offered in both English and Spanish.\n\nEnglish-speaking meetings w
 ill take place on the second Tuesday of each month from 3:15-4:15 p.m. (Sp
 anish-speaking meetings will take place the second Thursday of each month
