DESCRIPTION:Free family-friendly activities and access to resources.\n\nThe
  Capitol Area Chapter of the Illinois Association for the Education of You
 ng Children is hosting the family celebration as part of the third annual
  Week of the Young Child.\n\nThe celebration will be held at Erin's Pavil
 ion in Springfield on April 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Balloon animals\, 
 crafts\, a photo booth and a Zumba class are among the family-friendly act
 ivities that will be available. Families will also have the opportunity t
 o connect with local resources\, including UIC Division of Specialized Car
 e for Children.\n\nLunch will be available for $1 starting at 11 a.m. on a
  first-come\, first-served basis.
