DESCRIPTION:Event for families of children who are deaf/hard of hearing to 
 learn about advocacy and the parent-school relationship.\n\nThis event is 
 for families of children who are deaf/hard of hearing who are receiving Ea
 rly Intervention services or are already in school.\n\nAndrea Marwah from 
 Illinois School for the Deaf Outreach will present on "Advocacy and IDEA/P
 rotecting the Parent-School Relationship." There will also be a Parent Pan
 el to discuss topics related to transition from Early Intervention to Earl
 y Childhood. Parents on the panel may offer resources in Lake and McHenry 
 counties but all families are welcome to attend.\n\nFree childcare will be
