 ages 14 and above who have disabilities\n\nService Inc. of Illinois invite
 s you to the first annual "Fall Transition and Resource Fair" on Sept. 28 
 from 5 to 7 p.m.\n\nThe event is at McHenry County Mental Health Board\, 6
 20 Dakota St.\, in Crystal Lake.\n\nAre you wondering what you're going to
  do after high school? Are you 14 or older and need extra supports to help
  you with your disabilities?\n\nBring your questions and attend the Fall T
 ransition and Resource Fair. Meet with employers\, housing and resource pl
 anners\, and area advocates. Learn about attending college\, services and 
 supports\, and other community resources\, including:\n\n 	Employment and 
 training\n 	PUNS\n 	Housing options\n 	Recreation and leisure activities\n
