 rissa is hosting its annual Fall Family Fest on Oct. 24 from 11 a.m. to 3 
 p.m. The event is for families of children with special needs.\n\nActiviti
 es include pumpkin decorating and making friendship bracelets.\n\nFamilies
  may bring a picnic lunch to enjoy before or after the event.  Water and 
 prepackaged s'mores will be provided at the Lions Shelter on the Rock Rive
 r.\n\nRegistration is required by emailing Lois at bernhartl@kreiderservic
 es.org or by calling Janet at (815) 288-1905.\n\nThis even will follow COV
 ID-19 guidelines\, including face masks\, social distancing and sanitizing
  between activities.  A screening will be conducted prior to joining the
