DESCRIPTION:A free event for students with disabilities and their families 
 featuring resources and information on transition to adulthood\n\nForest P
 ark School District 91 is hosting a Resource and Transition Fair on April 
 29 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n\nJoin this fair to speak with representatives 
 and learn about:\n\n 	Community resources and supports\n 	Services for ind
 ividuals with disabilities and their families\n 	Recreational opportunitie
 s\n\nRepresentatives from the Division of Specialized Care for Children's 
 (DSCC) Lombard Regional Office will be there to speak with families. We he
 lp guide families through their child's transition to adulthood and can pr
 ovide resources\, including our "Transition Toolkit\," to help with the pr
