DESCRIPTION:Training will outline guardianship and alternatives to guardian
 ship.\n\nOnce a child reaches the age of 18\, the parent is no longer the 
 child's legal guardian. Guardianship is a way to protect those who cannot 
 take care of themselves\, make informed decisions or handle financial asse
 ts. This training on April 14 in Effingham will outline guardianship and a
 lternatives to guardianship that may be options if a person is capable of
