DESCRIPTION:An in-person and online (hybrid) convention for people with dev
 elopmental and intellectual disabilities\, their families and providers\n\
 nJoin The Arc of Illinois for the 73rd Annual Convention: Reimagining Expe
 ctations on April 19 and 20.\n\nThere will be two full days of presentatio
 ns and breakout sessions for online and in-person attendees. Sessions will
  begin each day at 9 a.m.\n\nThis year's hybrid event will feature a virtu
 al silent auction\, art exhibit and exhibitor hall. Families\, self-advoca
 tes and providers will also enjoy the 21 breakout session options and keyn
 ote speakers including:\n\n 	Dan and Samuel Habib on “My Disability Road
 map for an Inclusive Life”\n 	Marty Ford on “Federal Policy and Indivi
 dual Advocacy – A Place for All”\n\nParticipants can choose from a var
 iety of session topics in both English and Spanish:\n\n 	“What Adults wi
 th IDD Say about Sibling Support”\n 	“Descripción General del Seguro 
 Social por Discapacidad Social y la Seguridad de Ingreso Suplementario”\
 n 	“Housing: Innovative Solutions for People with Developmental Disabili

 ldren (DSCC) will also present about our programs and DSCC's Family Adviso
