 der the age of 12\n\nIllinois Hands &amp\; Voices Guide By Your Side is ho
 sting a Halloween costume contest.\n\nThe contest is open to children who 
 are deaf/hard of hearing under the age of 12.\n\nHere's how it works:\n\n 
 	Take a picture of your little one that is deaf/hard of hearing in a costu
 me\n 	The picture can include siblings or the entire family\n 	A team of p
 arent guides and board members will vote on the best picture\n\nThe pictur
 e with the most votes will win the grand prize. The grand prize is a one-y
 ear free Illinois Hands &amp\; Voices membership and a $50 gift card.\n\nF
 ill out the online contest entry form to participate.\n\nEntries must be r
 eceived by Oct. 25. \n\nThe winner will be announced on Halloween night.\
