SUMMARY:Illinois School for the Visually Impaired Junior STEM Camp
DESCRIPTION:Free one-week camping adventure for youth 9-12 who are blind o
 r visually impaired.\n\nIllinois School for the Visually Impaired (ISVI) 
 summer camps include lab and community learning activities throughout the 
 day and evening activities\, such as swimming\, glow golf and outdoor recr
 eation.\n\nThe Junior STEM (Science\, Technology\, Engineering and Math) C
 amp will feature hands-on exploration and application of STEM principles a
 nd team-building activities.\n\nStudents who are visually impaired ages 9 
 to 12 are eligible to attend if they reside in Illinois\, do not current a
 ttend ISVI\, are not high school graduates and have appropriate independen
