SUMMARY:Illinois School for the Visually Impaired STEM Camp 2019
DESCRIPTION:One-week camping adventure for youth ages 11-16 who are blind
  or visually impaired.\n\nIllinois School for the Visually Impaired (ISVI)
  summer camps bring together students who are blind and visually impaired
  from schools throughout Illinois for a week-long learning adventure. Each
  camp will present an overview of current trends in an area of concentrati
 on.\n\nAll camps are scheduled for June 16-22 on the ISVI campus in Jackso
 nville.\n\nThe STEM Camp will allow campers to shine as they problem-solv
 e strategies using math and science skills\, integrating technology and en
 gineering with the use of robotics and team-building activities.\n\nStuden
 ts who are visually impaired ages 11 to 16 are eligible to attend if th
 ey:\n\n 	Reside in Illinois\n 	Do not currently attend ISVI\n 	Are not hig
 h school graduates\n 	Have appropriate independent living skills\n\nThere 
 will be a fee of $15. No student will be denied an opportunity to attend 
 camp solely for an inability to pay. Scholarships are available by calling
