DESCRIPTION:Families can receive flu shots and winter preparedness supplies
 .\n\nThe Jackson County Health Department invites families to the Winter a
 nd Flu Preparedness Fair on Nov. 6.\n\nServices available will include:\n\
 n 	Flu shots\n 	Immunizations (Vaccines are at no cost for children who do
  not have insurance)\n 	Height and weight checks\n 	Vision and hearing scr
 eenings\n 	Information about WIC\n\nMedicaid\, Medicare and most insurance
 s will be accepted.\n\nGiveaway items include:\n\n 	Free blankets\n 	Socks
 \n 	Tote bags\n 	On-the-go emergency/flu kits\n\nRepresentatives from UIC'
 s Division of Specialized Care for Children will be available to explain o
 ur services to families. Representatives from Molina Healthcare\, Illinica
 re Health and the St. Louis Area Foodbank will also be present.\n\nRefresh
 ments will also be available.
