 gh school students with disabilities to community resources\n\nThe Livings
 ton County Transition Planning Committee (PTC) will host its "Transition F
 air Open House" on March 12 from noon to 5 p.m.\n\nLearn about the many tr
 ansition to adulthood resources Livingston County has to offer for youth w
 ith disabilities.\n\nService\, Inc. will provide two PUNS (Illinois Priori
 tization of Urgency of Need for Services) presentations. Presentations wil
 l be at 12:30 and 4 p.m.\n\nYou can also get information and talk with rep
 resentatives from a wide variety of organizations\, including:\n\n 	The Di
 vision of Rehabilitation Services (DRS)\n 	MOSAIC\n 	Prairie State Legal S
 ervices\n 	Mid Central Community Action\n 	Illinois ABLE and more\n\nThe e
 vent is free and open to parents of junior and senior high school students
