 dividuals\, families and nonprofits with low income\n\nIllinois PCs for Pe
 ople is hosting a computer delivery event on Sept. 26 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.
 m.\n\nThe event is at Niles-Maine District Library Pop-Up Shop\, 6960 Oakt
 on St.\, in Niles.\n\nPCs for People is a national nonprofit that provides
  affordable technology and internet service to low-income individuals\, fa
 milies with children\, those with disabilities and nonprofits.\n\nPCs for 
 People works with various community partners statewide to receive and refu
 rbish computers that are redistributed to eligible residents to improve ac
 cess to:\n\n 	Remote learning\n 	Working from home\n 	Telemedicine\n 	Othe
 r requirements of everyday life\n\nTo be eligible\, residents must be belo
 w 135 percent of the poverty level and enrolled in income-based government
  assistance programs\, such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (
 SNAP)\, Medicaid or Federal Housing Assistance.\n\nSign up online for the
