 ople is hosting a computer pop-up shop event on Sept. 22 from 3 to 6 p.m.\
 n\nThe event is at Round Lake Area Public Library Pop-Up Shop\, 906 Hart R
 oad\, in Round Lake.\n\nPCs for People is a national nonprofit that provid
 es affordable technology and internet service to low-income individuals\, 
 families with children\, those with disabilities and nonprofits.\n\nPCs fo
 r People works with various community partners statewide to receive and re
 furbish computers that are redistributed to eligible residents to improve 
 access to:\n\n 	Remote learning\n 	Working from home\n 	Telemedicine\n 	Ot
 her requirements of everyday life\n\nTo be eligible\, residents must be be
 low 135 percent of the poverty level and enrolled in income-based governme
 nt assistance programs\, such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
  (SNAP)\, Medicaid or Federal Housing Assistance.\n\nSign up online for th
